With more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Six Points Real Estate has the knowledge, team, and systems in place to deliver one-of-a-kind service to clients investing in commercial real estate. We have worked in the construction sector performing new construction project management and capital improvements for investment-grade properties.

Overseeing Properties

Our asset management team has also developed skills by working with tenants and landowners of all kinds. While workinh with some of the best property owners in the San Francisco Bay area, such as Shorenstein, we helped manage more than two million square feet of office and retail space for national tenants. These include Progressive™ Insurance, AT&T™, and UnitedHealthcare™,  as well as small, local mom-and-pop shops.

Exclusive Broker

Most recently, our company served as the exclusive real estate broker and asset manager for a small private equity firm making the transition from the bond universe into commercial real estate investing. Acting as the real estate broker, we located, evaluated, and facilitated the acquisition of 10 million dollars' worth of retail properties throughout the nation. As the asset manager, we took over all property management duties, protecting the client's investments. Lastly, our firm looked at the market conditions to provide the most up-to-date advice on creating exit strategies that maximize the return on investment.
